New West Michigan Wedding Venues for 2022
I absolutely love seeing that there are new wedding venues coming to West Michigan in 2022. Some of these venues are already open and running, and some are still in the process of being built. Either way, if you’re looking for something new and fresh in West Michigan, check these venues out!
Leona Rd - 1351 Leonard Street Grand Rapids, MI 49504
The name alone is a play on words, with being the old West Leonard Elementary School building. From the team behind The Cheney Place, Fringe Events and PUNCH Bar Catering this Scandinavian modern inspired space with a ton of natural light. Leona Road has seating for 300, a large outdoor terrace and onsite parking for your guests. They also offer design, event setup and day of coordination as add-ons to bookings.
Off Map - 63401 8th Ave, South Haven, MI 49090
Located on 75 acres, Off Map is an outdoor wedding venue in a glamping resort. Their main outdoor space can hold up to 150 guests, for more intimate gatherings they have the secluded meadows and the wooded dining area for options. This is a great venue if you’re looking for more of a full weekend event instead of just a single day. Tents are open for rentals on site.
Ivy House - 3291 Blue Star Hwy, Saugatuck, MI 49453
From the owners of Port 393 in Holland comes Ivy House. This venue is still in the process of being built but you can check out the virtual tour on their website. Ivy House is a greenhouse and event space on 7 acres coming summer of 2022.
Alaska Haus - 7449 68th St SE, Caledonia, MI 49316
From starting as a church in the 1880s, becoming a local restaurant and now a wedding venue, Alaska Haus has plenty of history. This newly renovated modern style venue holds up to 175 guests on the main floor. With an upstairs lounge and a covered outdoor patio, there are plenty of places for your guests to spread out and enjoy the evening. There is also a built in stage, and new sound system and projector.
Etre Farms - 472 W. Glenlord Rd. St. Joseph, MI 49085
If you’re looking to have a large wedding in a private and beautiful setting, Etre Farms might be the one for you. With space for up to 400 guests on 9 acres of land, this elevated barn venue gives couples a mixture of cozy and lavish compared other barn venues in the area. In-house amenities include food, wine and bar packages, on-site florist and audio. They also provide a private butler for the couple as well.
Union and Social - 216 Court Street St. Joseph, MI 49085
Love craft beer? Union + Social is an event venue from Silver Harbor Brewing Company. The building is rich in history being over 120 years old, and showcases the reclaimed brick walls and original cement floors from being an airplane parts company. Seating up to 275 guests, with in-house catering and bar.
Galleria - 447 Washington Avenue, Holland, MI 49423
Located in Holland, this small venue where art meets fare offers a few different rental options. Perfect for a rehearsal dinner or small reception, the whole Galleria holds up to 90 guests. If you’re looking for more of an intimate grouping you can rent out their La Sala room that holds up to 40 guests or their La Grotta room that holds up to 12. Catering is on site, and they can also provide bar and wait staff.
